Identify at least 3 resources for further study within 30 days. Schedule time and deadlines to complete review of the materials and define how to record lessons learned.

This could perhaps be accomplished by joining a public speaking group or rehearsing in front of a mirror. Set a duration and frequency that can be sustained over the next 90-180 days.
