  • Cooking or Baking: Try out that recipe you’ve been staring at or bake something scrumptious. From appetizer to dessert, you’ll feel so much more satisfied when you’ve had the treat of creating it yourself.
  • Artistic Pursuits: Allow yourself to be creative and artistic with your activities, such as:
    • Painting – Get lost in colors and brushstrokes.
    • Crafting – Let your imagination come out to play with one-of-a-kind DIY projects.
    • Writing – Take time to journal or try your hand at poetry.

Add a Touch of Luxury to Your Night of Solitude

Solo date nights are all about adding a little luxury to your life. Treating yourself to something special can make the evening that much more memorable and indulgent.

    • Using your best dishes: You’d use them for an honored guest, so why not use them for yourself and enjoy an elegant atmosphere?
    • Create a cozy nook: Pile on a few extra pillows and stack a few soft throws and you’ll instantly create a beautiful, snug spot where you can relax reading a book or magazine.
    • Slip into luxury: Put on that silky robe or favorite loungewear, and you’ll feel as if the night couldn’t get more luxurious.
