Welcome to How to Find Happiness. We’re glad you’re here! This post is the introduction to a FREE life coaching series. The course consists of 10 lessons that each focus on a specific factor that contributes to personal happiness. In each lesson, we provide information and research on the topic, plus detailed workbook exercises to apply what you have learned as well as additional links to explore.
Before we dive in, here’s some background on this series.
(Or – if you’d rather forge ahead, go for it! Week 1: Well-Being Basics.)
What’s In How to Find Happiness?
This e-book (disguised as a series of 10 lessons) contains articles, exercises and references related to ten specific areas that contribute to overall happiness and well-being.
We hope that each installment will help you experience more contentment and positivity over time.
The first few posts are designed to help get a sense of where you are today, and where you may need to focus your energy for growth.
The next few posts help you to visualize your ultimate destination: what happiness and contentment look like to you.
The last set of lessons are all about getting from where you are to where you want to be.
We suggest you focus on one lesson each week, revisiting the weekly post each morning to reinforce its message.
It may be useful to dedicate a notebook to tracking your progress on this important work. If you’re so inclined, take notes each day and record activities, too. And it may be useful to document your feelings as you complete the exercises.
But how you choose to use this material is really all up to you!
We hope you find 10 Weeks to Happiness helpful and enjoyable.
