    I am a comfort and calm seeker. So I like soft things and teas. Sometimes dairy-free hot chocolate.
    The fleecy blanket giving me comfort and calm.
    Low lighting also gives me calm and cosiness.
    Then it’s sitting in quiet with a book or a movie, depending on that last part for my mood.
