Understanding what brings us joy and happiness is the most basic fundamental of a fulfilled life. Take some time with this one. A few moments will not cut it. Give this one all the time it needs. Because it’s the most essential, important question to answer.
Reflect on the activities, people, and experiences that make you feel truly alive. By identifying these sources of joy, you can make conscious choices to prioritize them in your life.
What are my core values?
Our core values shape our beliefs, decisions, and actions. Another hugely significant question. Give this one a healthy dose of time, too. What truly matters to you. What principles do you hold dear?
